how it has always been about something <em data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"805\">much deeper.<\/em><\/p><p>Chayka explores how, in an age of <em data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"887\">overstimulation and relentless consumption,<\/em> many of us have begun to crave <em data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"963\">emptiness not as absence, but as presence.<\/em> To strip away distractions is, in essence, <strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1047\">to make room for what truly matters.<\/strong><\/p><p>Through this lens, <em data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1128\">small space living is about living with enough,
