The apartment is located in the city center of Rotterdam. As in every city, the city center is the most vibrant area, which lots of bars, restaurants, shops and musea. Witte de Withstraat and Meent are the places to be for having a drink or something to eat, while in Museumpark you can enjoy high-end art pieces. Or enjoy The Park, a beautiful city park with the Euromast. Also Rotterdam Central Station is located near the city center, as well as the Blaak Station. From there, other cities such as Amsterdam or Utrecht are easily reached within 45 minutes.
Conditions
- This apartment is offered for a monthly rental price of 1.950 all-inclusive (utilities, Wi-Fi, and taxes—no hidden costs).
- Available for temporary housing only. It is ideal for business travelers, digital nomads, expats, consultants, interns, and employees on temporary assignments who need a comfortable and flexible living space.
- Minimum stay is 1 month, maximum stay is 9 months.
- Primary residence required elsewhere – Please note that to stay in our temporary housing, you must have your primary residence elsewhere. Our accommodations are intended for temporary stays and do not serve as permanent residence.
