Who is corporate housing for?

Corporate housing is ideal for business travelers, digital nomads, expats, consultants, interns, and employees on temporary assignments who need a comfortable and flexible living space. It provides a home-like environment with the convenience of a fully furnished apartment.

Please note that to stay in our corporate housing, you must have your primary residence elsewhere. Our accommodations are intended for temporary stays and do not serve as permanent residence.

How many people can stay in the studio?

In the Nomad studio only one person is allowed. In one-bedroom apartments, two people that have an affectional relationship are allowed.

Our corporate apartments are centrally located in Rotterdam, offering easy access to offices, public transportation, restaurants, and cultural hotspots.
What’s the booking process?
Booking is simple:
1. Inquire – Contact us with your dates and preferences.
2. Confirm Availability – We’ll provide options that suit your needs.
3. Sign & Secure – Once confirmed, sign the agreement and make your first payment.
4. Move In – Enjoy your stay!
Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. The amount varies depending on the length of stay and will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages.
Can my company handle the payment?

Yes! We can arrange direct billing with your employer or relocation service for added convenience.
