The Nomad studio is an award-winning studio concept. It is a fully-furnished, multifunctional studio that is designed to meet the needs of young adults and modern nomads. With only 25m² it features several smart and modular designs like the “High Five”, “Genkan Entrance”, and the “Pivot Wardrobe”, allowing for maximizing the use of space, the studio combines practicality with modern living.

The Genkan (玄関) Entrance
Inspired by the traditional Japanese “Genkan” entryway, we’ve also designed a small nook at the entrance—a thoughtful addition that makes it easy to remove your shoes upon entry. Integrated into the staircase of the apartment, this space provides extra storage and an opportunity for stylish decoration, ensuring a warm and organized welcome every time a residents steps inside the apartment.
